on-line business trainer, and manager.

Experience:
16 years business management in brick and mortar industries ranging
from retail to food service with both employee and proprietary experience.
Strongest management skills are as a team builder and trainer.
I believe happy, well treated , and well trained employees and
members are the secret to business growth.

5 Years marketing on-line, web master for over 4 years.
I have owned up to 9 websites and 9 blogs at one time.
Currently own 5 websites and 2 blogs and put in over 50 hours
a week working hard for our ESL members.
