I have been involved in the internet since it's beginnings in 1975
working on the early prototypes of the Modem,

In 2003 I was invited to join my sons company DGInnovations as an
SEO consultant and became involved in search technology.

In order to offer improved service to our clients I undertook a project to
develop our own search system and the first version of Easy Search was born in 2005.

In 2007 after refining Easy Search and renaming it to Easy Search Live
I recognized that we would need a good marketing system to promote
the search engine if we were to fulfill it's destiny to become a major
force in the search industry.

I began collecting information and the tools that information pointed
to as being a requirement for any marketing campaign, I soon realized
that these tools were indeed the way to promote a site quickly and when
used correctly and in conjunction with SEO could get lightning fast results
for the promoted site.

I decided that I would share my gained knowledge and tools with the
wider internet community and ESL Marketing came into existence.

Since those early days, ESL has undergone many changes and has been
evolving into the most powerful marketing system on the internet.

I also realized that I alone could not effectively manage the many tools and
sites that made up ESL so I began recruiting Managers.

The early management team proved both un-reliable and lazy
(not being drawn from the ESL membership but recruited off line)
and the results achieved with them were less than satisfactory so
after dissolving  the management group I began re-recruiting
from within the existing member base.

All of the Managers featured on this page have been hand picked for their
skills and knowledge and all have made sacrifices for the betterment of ESL.

I am extremely proud of the Managers both individually and as a team
and, like me, you can look forward to their loyalty and devotion to Member
success and the growth of ESL Marketing Center.
